Shared by a Lady "Last night, as my family and I strolled near Al-Safa Mall in Jinnah Super, an intriguing gentleman in his sixties caught my attention. He approached me with a keen gaze and kindly halted my steps. "Your physique is changing, and your hair is receding. I see scars beneath your eyes," he remarked. He then shared that he had experienced a similar situation in his youth. In a generous gesture, he offered the name of some miraculous homeopathic fruits called "Shahi Fruit from Tayaba" that could eliminate these issues. Grateful for his guidance, I was captivated by his personality.
However, the names he suggested were quite challenging, so I requested him to repeat them. He called his son for assistance in translating the names into Urdu. The boy, though well-intentioned, struggled with the pronunciation. Suddenly, the young lad proposed accompanying me to a nearby pansari shop, located opposite Al-Safa Mall in a plaza that used to house the old Maria B brand shop. Intrigued, I walked alongside him and entered the shop.
Inside, he promptly requested the pansari to provide the ingredients, using the tongue-twisting names he had mentioned earlier. The pansari had all the required items in stock. While the young man proceeded to mix the ingredients, I inquired about the cost. He replied, "Just Rs. 12,000," and his accompanying companion confirmed the price.
Appalled by the exorbitant amount, I firmly refused to proceed and said that I would not pay for this sham. The pansari, however, insisted that I was obligated to pay, as he had already prepared the mixture. A heated argument ensued between us. Desperate to salvage the situation, the pansari attempted to entice me with significant discounts. Nonetheless, I remained resolute, realizing that the thing he was preparing was nothing more than soil in a bottle.
Convinced that both individuals were attempting to defraud me, I threatened to involve the police. The moment they realized the situation was escalating, they pleaded with me to leave. I complied, but not before vowing to spread awareness about such scams. I learned that relying solely on the police for assistance is not always reliable. It is crucial to stay vigilant and protect oneself from these fraudulent schemes".
This Pansari must be investigated for such scams. This scam is very common in Dubai, Turkey etc now happening in Islamabad after Karachi etc. @ICT_Police
