There are 45 directly elected seats in the AJK Assembly, including 12 reserved for Kashmiri Muhajirs/refugees who migrated from the Indian side. The AJK Supreme Court has ruled that abolishing or reducing these seats requires a constitutional amendment under Article 33 not protests or pressure.
The government proposed negotiations and offered a possible reduction to 6 seats after the upcoming elections (without filling them immediately). JAAC rejected the offer, launched an anti-state campaign instead of contesting elections.
These 12 seats represent displaced Kashmiri brothers, not “Pakistan seats.” Demanding their immediate abolition is widely seen as depriving them of their legitimate rights.

Haider Ali, Salman Mirza, and Saim Ayub I feel Pakistan had much better options than these three.

How many more chances should we give Haider Ali, bro? He looks completely finished. He has never really performed, and his PSL this time was also useless.

Salman Mirza is fine, but Hunain Shah would have been a much better choice, especially if we’re selecting the whole team from PSL players.

As for Saim Ayub, how many chances should we give him, bro? I know his ODI performances have been good, so we should invest in him for ODIs. But apart from that, he played poorly in the PSL too and hasn’t had any impactful performances in T20 internationals either.

Haris is an impactful player. How many more chances does Saim need? He is a complete failure in T20 cricket. And if u give Saim 64 matches than why not other players and it is not about haris or Irfan khan niazi there are too many players on bench who are better than saim.
There are also Sameer Minhas and Farhan Yousuf sitting on the bench, who are better choices than Saim.
Giving a permanent place in the team to a player who is not performing is not justified in any way.
