Hi @TrustedTravelUK you seem to have cancelled my airport parking now that I’m sitting at the carpark I can’t access. Seems you didn’t bother informing me. My 11 day car parking has just went from £25 to £200. Oh yeah, and the lack of an actual phone number for customer services.

@ScottishPower my daughter has no heating and no way to speak to someone at your customer service centre that seems to be set up so that it’s impossible to speak to a real person. She has a prepay meter that’s faulty and taking debt for 4.5 years for the previous tenant.
