The #lockdown continues, so the rabbits have decided to put our @kemis_pontcanna fruit & veg box to good use again with some Peach & Apricot blondies!! 🍑#StayAtHome #WeekendBaking

So entering week 7 of #lockdown & we’re still here, so the rabbits have decided to put our @kemis_pontcanna fruit & veg box to good use with a few Peach & Raspberry muffins!! 🧁🍑#StayAtHome

As we’re in #lockdown the rabbits are having to be inventive in using up food. So today they’ve taken some ripe strawberries & whipped up a batch of blondies in the development kitchen.

So him indoors decided he wanted to join the #covid19 bandwagon & bake some banana bread. I’ll come straight out & say it’s not my favorite choice, but I’m so glad I did as it was one of the lightest cakes I’ve had in a very long time…I think I’ll be borrowing the recipe!!

The lockdown continues & also does the baking, so time for a few white chocolate granola muffins to help us through the pandemic. #coronavirus #COVID19

So this Easter the rabbits thought they’d dispense with the usual Easter egg inspired bakes [but due to COVID19 these are rather hard to find], so they’ve been busy in development kitchen whipping up some Gin & Tonic cupcakes 🧁 #cupcakes

As we find ourselves in a period of frightening & uncertain times, the rabbits decided to use the downtime & start a sourdough starter.

So 5 days feeding, then they’ll attempt their first loaf!! 🍞 #sourdough #sourdoughstarter

So as we’re all in a national enforced #lockdown I decided it was a good time for the rabbits to dust off their baking equipment. So today’s delight out of the development kitchen is a lovely raspberry & vanilla loaf 🍰 #coronavirusbaking #COVID19
