@Dyson put based the new machine Gen 5 and it has stopped working. I have called your customer service twice on this matter and they said they have ordered the new part for me only to email me and cancel the order 5days later. Disgusted by the appalling service!
@Dyson I have done this with customer service and they said I need a new part! The problem is your short of parts!! Iโve been waiting 6 days for the part to arrive and yesterday u received an email that the order has been cancelled cause there is a shortage?
