@webafrica - charged for fibre without been sent a router. Therefore paying 4 services I don't have. Called the call centre but been on hold for more than 30 minutes at least 4 different times. Also no response on the whatssapp line. Sent a DM this morning and still no response
@supersonicfibre I have been assured by your call centre agent Happiness on the 12th October that my sim card would be activated within 24 hours. Tonight more than 24 hours later, it is still not activated. The call centre calls keep cutting off. #cancelsupersonicfibre
