Was told there are long-term and ongoing issues of top young players and prospects not buying into the Red Sox programs, deferring to the people they work with in the offseason. Since about April 2025, it's been infuriating to hear about what a joke the team is being run like.
Rampant embarrassing of long-time employees. Slashing departments and pay without any directive to do so. In what is a usual brotherhood, league peers are cheering on Red Sox front office embarrassment. Have heard of multiple front office dysfunction articles in the works.
The amount of dysfunction in the front office for going on two years far outweighs anything going on on the field. Openly discussed leadership failure. People are miserable in their jobs and underappreciated. The inner circle is like 3 people. Backstabbers and spies everywhere.

@Billythe_kid_ Anthony’s second challenge that was a strike by 1mm hurt us so much. Lost all of our challenges after that, Reds kept embarrassing him all day because they had all of their challenges left. They gained nearly 2 whole runs from successful challenges.
@ChrisCotillo I ran into him, said that’s a weird name to put on a Bruins jersey, he responds “Well that’s my name,” I was in such shock and so awkward I just shook his hand and wished him good luck next season
