@CoachRolfes I recommend you do 4 things (I mean really do it and feel how painful the process is):
1) Buy a physical goldbar, take it home, then sell it again.
2) Buy a house and sell it again
3) Receive a USD transfer of 100k
4) Make a 250 USD transfer outside the US
That was enough for me
@GeorgeGammon It's about what he said 2 weeks ago. He does it to get the market hiperventilation about him selling BTC out of the way. It's a statement.
“If Russia tried to seize Kyiv again, it would be the biggest bloodbath in world history. Two million drones would swarm over the tanks and burn them mercilessly.”

@CJ_Bitcoin@Strategy Is Strategy planning to monetize their BTC holdings and how? (In a real revenue sense outside asset appreciation, like providing LN liquidity, providing BTC loans, etc)
@Molson_Hart If you don't want her to weat blinking shoes in the long run: Just go with it. She needs to ride this out & find out herself in order not obsess with them. The same goes for unicorns, make-up, princess dresses or the totally useless first boy/girlfriends she brings home.
@BigpictureBTC I don't know what T1 anT2 models are. I believe it depends on your incentives and limitations. Let's say I want to spend my $ on a house in 2 years, I want yield and low risk. STRC = good option. If I have a long horizon, don't trust fiat and can stomach vol = BTC or MSTR
@BigpictureBTC Yes, although you can argue that this is not an issue in a fiat world in end stadium with 7-9 % yearly real inflation. Just like in a DCF analysis, future earnings are valued at 0 after some time.
@BigpictureBTC Sure, although thats exactly the mechanics of a mortgage as well. You get money now to buy a house now and pay with your future fiat income streams...just that in this case its perpetual and 30 year.
@Strategy Could you plz give more insights into the mechanics of STRC to BTC. I understand settlement of any sales is T+1. Does Strategy wait for the money to come in before you buy BTC? Or do you buy BTC immediately with cash and recoup the next day?
@HeathMayo Doing geopolitics with Trump is like playing chess with a pigeon. It'll just knock over the pieces, shit on the board and strut about like it's won anyway
