@AirIndiaX Your 'resolution' is a direct violation of DGCA CAR Section 3, Series M, Part IV (Revised 2026). Clause 3.2.2 strictly mandates an 'alternate flight acceptable to the passenger.' A 24-hour delay is NOT acceptable as it forfeits my onward international flight to Vietnam.

They cancelled my flight (May 8), then refused to move me to a direct sister-carrier flight from AMD/BOM. Instead, they’re forcing a 24-hour delay that kills my connecting flight.

@AirIndiaX Refund is NOT a solution as you are asking me to pay 3x the price for your cancellation. Under DGCA 'Duty of Care' rules, you must provide a viable alternative. Escalate this to your Nodal Officer immediately. I have already filed a grievance on AirSewa. @AirIndiaX @MoCA_GoI
