It’s the fourth month of the year.
You have walked past the first three months, and God has been faithful.
Have you achieved the goals you wrote down?
If not, then get to work - there’s no time to waste.
In that spirit, welcome to the second quarter of the year!
Your previous jobs are most times stepping stones to your next one, if you are able to prove your work
At our last space @justprotocol broke down the different ways you can build trust with brands and one of the moments that stood out was when he shared a practical experience of how he got a job simply because he showed up in an X Space.
Key Takeaway: Just showing up prepared is a proof of work too.
Just like me.
i rebranded thrice in > 3 years, but i was still stuck.
i was always jumping on different trends in the web3 space,
i was everywhere doing everything,
and making no progress.
the moment i paused and found clarity,
picked one lane and decided to focus on it,
everything changed for me.
great post @_ekwodavid ✊🏾
i decided to move from theory-only email copywriting
to become a full-stack email marketer.
i've been on @HubSpotAcademy, taking courses, lessons, certificates, putting in the work.
next 15 days, you'll find me on @klaviyo + YouTube (mainly for email designs).
after 30 days total, i start 30 days of daily brutal practice (writing, testing, analyzing, optimizing, designing.)
the goal is to document my process of how i go from email copywriter → email marketer in 60 days. 🏆
if we're just meeting,
i'm Favor. i write emails for b2b saas
- onboarding emails
- activation emails
- demo-to-close emails
- churn-reduction emails
currently, i'm learning the tech & strategy behind emails that convert and retain users.
learning never stops, but i'm giving myself this 60-day sprint to master the basics before going deep.
if you're a B2B SaaS founder or marketer tired of emails that do nothing for your product or brand - my DMs are open.
(proof of work available upon request)
if you want someone to run your emails end-to-end, i'm ready to learn on the job.
DMs open. let's talk.
Day 15//
woke up with a 'low battery mode' kind of energy
took coffee but i went straight to bed after dropping the cup.
the whole day was spent in bed, did nothing productive.
took coffee again about an hour ago, hopefully i do creative work tonight.
(just showing up so i don't break the streak, thanks to you all for always supporting me! 🖤)
coming in late
Day 13// (yesterday)
› with the funds i got on @TechnicalBben's space,
i joined a paid community strictly for email marketers, to fasten my growth and also to connect with like-minds.
joined their first mentorship session last night and it was 2hrs of my time well spent.
› continued watching contents on YouTube on Email Design but i'm not going to lie, i'm yet to understand anything 😭
context: i detest graphics design so much, this beef has been on for long maybe that's why i'm having issues.
› got into more email marketing conversations on LinkedIn.
(i only share my journey on mondays - fridays, i'm still a student incase you forgot 😅)
54 days ago, i began building on 𝕏 as an email copywriter.
› prospect booked call on day 24
› another on day 28
but i never closed them. they didn't become paying clients because of one thing.
i was getting on those calls and immediately talk about deliverables - my copy only.
but it seemed to not be effective.
when the 3rd prospect showed up, i asked myself a simple question:
what happens after someone signs up?
i figured i couldn't answer that question as i know nothing about the tech behind emails except writing words.
14 days ago, i bagan learning email marketing to understand the tech and strategy behind emails.
(i'm having a great time learning @HubSpotAcademy.)
i said all of these to say, the way gets clearer as you go.
start today to walk, even if the road is not clear. true direction reveals itself once you're in motion.
Shamelessly put yourself out!
this is one thing i'm doing this week, you should too.
happy sunday frens, see y'all tomorrow.
i'm having a great time with family. 🥂
Day 12//
› pitched myself in DM for the very first time in 50 days of building on 𝕏
› got involved in email marketing discussions that got me followers on both LinkedIn and 𝕏
› passed my Email Marketing Software Course exam. 🏆
intense learning incoming for the next 18 days.

one body of copy to get them back.
few months back, i took on a spec project for a B2B SaaS prospect.
before putting my pen on paper, i asked what his goal was and it was simply:
Relaunch and Re-engage.
here’s how it went🧵

Today's episode gives me so much joy.
i learnt about the RULE OF ONE at Currency Society @kfcbykonoha.
when i tweet about focusing on one thing, some people think i'm crazy
and someone even said as a beginner you have no business focusing on one thing
but i'll say this: i've experienced growth in the last 50 days of being a creator on X cause i've been consistently talking about only one thing - Email Copywriting.
try it for yourself and observe the results.
