@HalifaxBank No, the credit card I used is RBS. I cant call as I need to know the hotel it was booked for. I need to speak to you lot to get more information on the transaction hence my 2hr wait before I gave up

@HalifaxBank The payment was taken with only a long number as a reference but the number doesn't match anything to identify the booking. It's £375 on 1st March and I haven't stayed with them since last year and made the payment on a different credit card.

@HalifaxBank Hi Colin, I've tried calling the main credit card line but it's been next to impossible to speak to someone. My card has a transaction I don't recognise and I've tried to speak to Hilton Hotels, but as I don't know what it was for, I can't fill in their forms to query it.
