i'm convinced when you REKINDLE a relationship with someone (friend, family, ex, etc ) something will ALWAYS resurface to show you why you should have left it burned and dried up.

The Samay Raina case proves one thing:

Our system isn't broken,it's working exactly how politicians & the rich want it to.

If they wanted to end crime, corruption & pollution or boost development, they could do it overnight, but they won't.

It’s not inefficiency, it’s intent.

[COCO @TWOTIMESABITCH]

everybody wants peace until they realize peace means changing your tone when speaking with someone who has irritated you, no longer making everything an argument, listening before responding, setting boundaries and understanding boundaries others have set.

This post will not get much engagement. It is about something that is true. And Indians are not too fond of truth. Specially if the truth is about them.

The foremost reason for India to reach such a low is that most of us are cowards. The systematic and organized plundering has happened in front of our eyes, yet we chose to stay silent. Largely out of fear. Fear of harassment, arrest, or even worse. We are scared by what we have been shown and told. We have seen what has been done to people who spoke up, protested and asked questions. We don't have that courage.

We have watched our institutions being sabotaged, our fellow citizens being discriminated against, our systems collapsing, our infrastructure decaying... our very own country fall apart, but we stayed silent. Because we lack the courage to speak up. To stand up against tyranny. Demanding justice, rights, equality, dignity... is not in us. We would rather like a post and be safe than actually write something to display our anger. What if the post gets noticed by vile elements. What if they troll and harass. So, let's lay low. Let others take the risk and do the dirty job. We will support from behind, hidden.

Let's accept it. We are cowards, there is no two way about it. Pretense won't take us far. Put up the hands and surrender to fascism.

Propaganda is well made but only one problem - the bridge & roads shown aren’t from India because we don’t drive on the right side of the road😅

But then, for Modi Bhakt universe, that much detail is irrelevant 😇

I noticed some people justifying 35% GST for luxury and sin goods is good and this reminds me of the boiling frog fable.

If a 35% tax becomes the standard, then a 28% tax will start to feel like the new normal.

Congratulations, we all are getting slowly cooked.

It wasn’t even 60 years ago.
