@VirginAtlantic really disappointed to have had no response to my complaint.I paid to book seats,then paid to upgrade at the airport.Arrived at the gate to be told I have no entertainment system for the entire flight to Jamaica via https://t.co/sysMHnoSMT will this be rectified?
@VirginAtlantic shocking customer service, money grabbing company with no thought for customers! Over £500 extra paid for seats with no entertainment on a 12 hour flight! Not informed until about to board the plane at the gate.
@easyJet following your lack of service, ie getting us on a plane, all forms have been completed, but you rejected the car parking costs! Why? We would not have paid for parking if we were not going on holiday 🤔 shambles of a company, as can be seen by all the complaints!
@easyJet That’s the problem, just a sorry! To @easyJet it’s means nothing to cancel, to us humans, it’s a lot. And the fact there is no one to talk to, your company is a joke! No one book with @easyJet, chances are you won’t get to travel!
