Wow @vrbo can’t quite believe how appalling you are to your customers. Do not use this company, they don’t care. Spent 7 nights in a villa in Spain, water leak and noise for 6 nights, my phone number past to external company and you ask why I didn’t leave and stay in a hotel.

@vrbo it was a flood, it took 6 days to resolve and I didn’t give my permission to the external company to have my phone number. And I am on holiday and not there to be indoors to let the workmen into villa. Refund my money
@vrbo Regarding the air conditioning issue where condensation water was coming into the room, your contact details were shared with the technician company only to arrange a quick solution during your stay.
@vrbo it would be great if someone would come back to me following my complaint I sent over 7 days ago, including the privacy breach issue where the owner gave my personal information to an external company without my permission. I’ve only sent 10 emails so far…
