@AlexVLapa Been running on and noff since 2010 pero after I had Layla, I had little to no exercise talaga til late 2022 ata. On off din running ko sa NL coz winter really affects my motivation! Katamaaaad! Ginanahan lang uli coz I have a goal of running 21k this year haha

Today i mapped my weekly running training schedule and target mileage in an excel file coz i wanna have a big picture view of what I need to do on a weekly basis. 1 interval, 1 tempo, 1 Long slow distance, 2 mobility and yoga sessions, 1 strength training per wk. Good luck sakin!

My husband gifts me with things that ignite more motivation to do my hobbies. He enrolled me at an acrylic painting workshop last week, and today he gifted me with with a waterproof running jacket coz the schizo weather in NL doesn't lend itself well to running consistently...
