@madedotcom very poor customer service. We ordered a £650 bookcase, first one not delivered as too damaged and then next TWO also damaged and now sat in my living room! We are expected to re pack them so you will take them back for a refund. Would not recommend ordering from you!

@allagentsuk @ReedsRains what appalling service from the Acklam branch. This is Lettings and sales. No communication and basically do not know what they are doing, while taking your hard earned cash for this privilege
