My take on this is pay should reflect the work and results delivered.
Although, I understand remote workers don't just want fair pay, they want compensation that reflects with their experience and cost of living. So even if there's a difference in pay it shouldn't be a large gap

Do you think workers should be paid the same salary regardless of what country they live in?

If two people are doing the exact same job, working the same hours, and delivering the same results, should they earn the same amount?

Or is location-based pay fair because the cost of living, local market rates, and hiring costs differ from country to country?

If you're chronically on social media, at least consume content that betters your life in some way (educational videos, insightful podcasts, etc.)

It's better to watch/listen to content that nourishes your brain rather than rot it.
