.@dmaikousis success has many fathers, but failure is an orphan.

Those who truly know, know the shift @NMaikousis and your family made at the club.
As president your father believed when few did. He stayed the course when others lost faith.

He led with conviction, courage and care — and that changed everything.

A legacy to be proud of. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

South Melbourne FC is pleased to confirm the signing of Andrew Mesourouni for the 2025 season!

A former South junior, Andrew spent five seasons at the club in his youth, developing into a versatile attacking player who can operate as a number 10, out wide, or through the middle.

With NPL experience at Kingston and Port Melbourne, Andrew returns to Lakeside ready to make an impact.

Football Director Peter Kokotis said: "Bringing back a player like Andrew, who understands the fabric of the club and has refined his game at NPL level, is a fantastic addition. His energy and creativity will add bite to our front third, and we’re pleased to welcome him home."

We look forward to seeing Andrew shine once again in Blue and White at Lakeside Stadium!

Quite shocked to hear this - last night, over two hundred newly planted trees were illegally destroyed across a number of parks in the City of Glen Eira.
