After generating over $20.000.000 in revenue on their platform, Amazon is making it impossible for us to continue to sell on their platform.
In peak season, a bad actor filed false Copyright claims to remove our top performing listings for the third time in 40 days.
- We filed multiple DMCA counter notices.
- The previous DMCA claims have been retracted and/or were reinstated after expiration of the claim period.
Regardless, Amazon has taken down our listing for the third time, with the same claim made by the same bad actor.
Our accounts have always been in good standing, we currently have a 1.000 Account Health Score (max), 100% Positive Seller Feedback Rating.
Our products have significantly higher customer ratings than the competition.
We take pride in creating products that work better, look better and provide a better customer experience than our competitors.
I don't believe that giving anyone with a unsigned, unnamed, badly written, legal looking e-mail from a 'lawyer' the ability to take down competing products ad infinitum without any repercussions to their selling account is a great way to instill the necessary confidence in legitimate brands to sell and keep selling on your platform.

Product Research has started. Aiming to make the switch from OA to PL in 2024.
Thinking of going for a lower budget product to start with to test the waters and get used to the process before going all in.
Here we go 🚀 fingers fucking crossed

@keep_wolin @BowTiedVitamins 10k steps is ~1.5hrs walking. Theres nothing “SO HARD” about it, simply making time and taking extra steps, ie. Stairs, parking far away, waking up earlier for a walk etc. best of luck 👊🏻
