@StephNass Having negotiated many of these, I agree with @biztechgames - it's quite common for a major investor to have veto rights over an enumerated list of major company actions but requiring this for all Board-level decisions is likely to be inefficient and suboptimal
@heyalexfriedman I love the house we bought and I'd be happy living here for many years. So my advice is: buy a place you will love living in for a long while, at least 5 years.
@heyalexfriedman I didn't buying until i had my second kid and was ready to be rooted to a community for the long term. It was hard not owning because FOMO but it enabled flexibility when I was still relatively uncertain about my next steps, work, relationships, etc. And I got to save more.
@andysparks Same boat. I figured it out in a few days and love it. Cottage cheese, greek yogurt, turkey, tuna, salmon, protein powders, chicken are some good starting points. Good luck!

Dear Sender,
Please do not expect a quick reply to your message as I will have limited connectivity till August 17. I am traveling somewhere in between Iran and India, exploring some true mid-summer heat.

@graceclarke Everything worth doing is hard, kids no exception. But it's the best kind of hard. To have so much love pouring out of yourself - nurturing, supporting, comforting, guiding these small precious beings - it is the experience of a lifetime. I wouldn't trade it for anything.
