@YodelCares_not @YodelOnline Now seriously worried about my delivery driver! He’s been 8 stops away since 11am. It’s now 4.15pm. Has he been kidnapped? Is he being held to ransom? Is there a Yodel van with no driver in going round in circles like a Marie Celest of transit vans?

@YodelSupportUK How would you rate the customer disservice of a company that can’t actually be contacted by phone? I’d like your opinion. Especially when they can’t be contacted by web chat either because it’s “full”. How would you rate that?

You emailed me to tell me my parcel would arrive on Monday. When it failed to arrive I checked and it was in Northern Ireland. Not very close to the midlands.
It’s supposedly a 48hr parcel but here we are with Wednesday approaching?

@DeliverooHelp Really not at all happy with your service again! Why do you accept an order, give a delivery time, then let people down? If you can’t do what you promised, don’t promise it! Looks like my order that was supposed to be delivered half an hour ago is no show
