BREAKING: Deeply corrupt Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas ignites a furious scandal by refusing to answer whether he ever paid back the massive $267,000 "loan" that he received from a millionaire executive.

And it gets even worse....

Democratic Senators Ron Wyden and Sheldon Whitehouse sent a letter to Thomas' attorney asking for an explanation for the "loan" from healthcare executive Anthony Welter which Thomas used to purchase a luxury RV.

In the letter, the senators point out that Thomas, a rabid Republican, never disclosed whether the $267,000 was paid back or forgiven.

If it was simply forgiven, that would mean it was actually a lump sum gift — or more accurately a bribe. The senators add that it would represent "a significant amount of taxable income."

"Your client’s refusal to clarify how the loan was resolved raises serious concerns regarding violations of federal tax laws," the senators wrote.

Finance committee investigators found that some interest on the "loan" had been paid back but the rest had been forgiven.

At this point, Thomas isn't even attempting to obscure his corruption. He's flaunting it in our faces because he believes that he's above the law. He's been selling our country out for decades to the super-rich in return for overt bribes.

We need a full, immediate investigation into Clarence Thomas. This man doesn't belong on the Supreme Court, he belongs in prison.

BREAKING: Judge Merchan drops a bombshell on Donald Trump in his criminal hush money trial, reveals a slew of damaging information that prosecutors can mention.

This is it the worst case scenario for Trump...

If Trump takes the stand, the judge has ruled that prosecutors can mention six crucial court determinations from four different proceedings.

1. The $354.9 million fraud case he lost in New York in February for inflating his net worth.

2. Trump was fined $5,000 for refusing to remove a lie-riddled post about a law clerk.

3. He was fined $10,000 for violating a court order by smearing a court clerk.

4. He lost his first E. Jean Carroll defamation case for $5 million. The jury ruled that he defamed and sexually abused her.

5. Trump lost a second defamation against Carroll after he smeared her again. He owes $83.3 million.

6. The case New York Attorney General Letitia James brought against him that showed that the Trump Organization repeatedly engaged in fraud.

Any single one of these would be devastating if mentioned in front of a jury. All of them presented together would be an utter disaster for Trump. They prove that he is a habitual, unrepentant criminal.

BREAKING: Donald Trump hits rock bottom with his financial problems and demands that ALL Republican candidates give at least 5% of their fundraising hauls to him if they use his name, image, or likeness.

Trump is gutting his entire party and it gets even better...

In a new letter sent to Republican digital venders, Trump's campaign ordered all down-ballot candidates who exploit his name for fundraising to share the proceeds with him.

Given his mounting legal bills — and the outstanding $464 million he owes to the state of New York — Trump's desperate request is hardly surprising.

It is, however, a complete disaster for all of the Republican candidates caught in his greedy net. By siphoning money away from them, Trump is making it much easier for Democrats to sweep the election down ballot. As usual, he's totally focused on himself at the expense of his allies.

"Beginning tomorrow, we ask that all candidates and committees who choose to use President Trump’s name, image, and likeness split a minimum of 5% of all fundraising solicitations to Trump National Committee JFC," reads the letter. "This includes but is not limited to sending to the house file, prospecting vendors, and advertising."

"Any split that is higher than 5% will be seen favorably by the RNC and President Trump’s campaign and is routinely reported to the highest levels of leadership within both organizations," it goes on.

Meanwhile, Biden is absolutely crushing Trump in fundraising. The Democratic president has reportedly raised over $190 million in fundraising — more than double Trump.

It goes without saying, but Joe Biden is NOT asking Democratic candidates to funnel their campaign money to him. He doesn't need it.
