Apologies to everyone waiting for our FCS delivery to come in - the supplier is chasing the order for us.

Come by our stand today at the School of Biological Sciences launch event and GET A BADGE! *flattened by stampede*

At the School of Biological Sciences event today? Come and say hi! Corner of the coffee area. https://t.co/qzOV18jTgL

[FBMH Stores @FBMHStores]

We're closing the Stores this afternoon (Wed) to deal with high delivery loads and staff shortage. Sorry - contact Geoff x60501 for help.

[FBMH Stores @FBMHStores]

@eharno Hi Erika - sorry for the slow response, [email protected]

[FBMH Stores @FBMHStores]

@JDHL18 Accurate-ish! To within an order of magnitude, that's good enough for scientists, isn't it?

[FBMH Stores @FBMHStores]

Price information should now be correct, and stock levels should be accurate to within an hour or so - sorry for the disruption.

[FBMH Stores @FBMHStores]

Unfortunately stock levels aren't updating on the online shop yet - so please order even if it says stock 0. IT are working on it!

[FBMH Stores @FBMHStores]

Normal intranet links seem to be back up and working.

[FBMH Stores @FBMHStores]

OK, a work-around; you can access the online shop here: https://t.co/TOYT9PU3lI

[FBMH Stores @FBMHStores]

(sigh) No, you're not imagining it, the whole FBMH intranet just went offline. A case has been raised with @UoM_ITS

[FBMH Stores @FBMHStores]

Some users will still have problems with the online shop. Really sorry about this, IT promise progress by the end of the week.

[FBMH Stores @FBMHStores]

@eharno Hi Erika, try this: https://t.co/e9sHlNUf8w - you may not be able to access until wed am though, @UoM_ITS is working on it!

[FBMH Stores @FBMHStores]

@DrMCJones33 @UoM_ITS Hi Matt, we have some online orders trickling in, so some people have access - get everyone in your group to check!

[FBMH Stores @FBMHStores]

...which @UoM_ITS are working to resolve as soon as possible. In the meantime, our counters are open for IRL shopping.

[FBMH Stores @FBMHStores]

Some users have lost the intranet tabs they need to create orders on the online shop. This is linked to the other IT problems...

[FBMH Stores @FBMHStores]

Stocktaking & audit finished, we're now working on sending out the back orders. Counters back open Monday morning! Thanks for your patience!

[FBMH Stores @FBMHStores]

Year end closure from 26th July! Information here: https://t.co/uMXFYdBZLl

[FBMH Stores @FBMHStores]

We now have Agilent competent cells back in stock in a brand new -80, available over the counter only as before.

[FBMH Stores @FBMHStores]
