@BrevilleUSA Bought a Breville Smart Oven Pro on Amazon. Less than a year later it failed, preheats but timer won’t start.
Breville required me to ship it for warranty repair instead of replacing it.
Just received it back… and now the top of the oven is clearly dented/warped

@StateFarm I’ve went through numerous steps already including emailing CEO Jon Farney as well as the BBB. State Farm told the BBB they’d reach out privately and you never did. Disgraceful
