Le directeur exécutif du @RnddhHaiti , Pierre Espérance, a eu raison de renouveler ses accusations contre Michel Martelly et le PHTK, qu’il accuse d’avoir exercé une influence sur plusieurs institutions de l’État. Selon lui, cette influence aurait contribué à affaiblir les mécanismes judiciaires et à favoriser l’impunité. Pierre Espérance affirme également que l’insécurité aurait servi à détourner l’attention de la population des dossiers de corruption, notamment celui de PetroCaribe.

Il accuse par ailleurs l’ancien président d’être lié au financement de groupes armés. Et certainement d'acheter le juge. Mais là où il se trompe sans doute, c’est que @martinejmoise aurait dû, elle aussi, être convoquée ! #NRoc

This morning I ordered precision Military air strikes on the Senior ISIS Attack Planner and other terrorists he recruited and led in Somalia.
