@GoodOlBillDoyle@BCFerries I was genuinely impressed & thanked @BCFerries for a job well done under unusual circumstances. Many people did receive a refund. Nobody is “funding my posts” and if you actually knew me, you would know my sentiment and appreciation is sincere and giving kudos is important. ✌️
Wow… @BCFerries you just blew me away. 6 hours on the Queen of Oak Bay while first responders dealt with the situation at Horseshoe Bay yesterday and I just received an email that you are giving me a refund. I never complained or expected this and I am gobsmacked. Thank you.
Thank you @BCFerries for all you did today. It was a beautiful sailing from Nanaimo and six hours later, we are finally docking in Horseshoe Bay. The crew did an amazing job on the Queen of Oak Bay. Sending good wishes to the man too. 💜
@CTVVancouver Yes we are floating on the Queen of Oak Bay just north of Horseshoe Bay for an extra hour (and counting) . @BCFerries crew have been fantastic. A fiddler and accordion player are entertaining us and free beverages for everyone on board. We hope for a peaceful resolution.
@bobmackin@BCFerries Just had one after some time. No update/change to the situation . We are just north floating on the Queen of Oak Bay in Howe Sound along with the Langdale ferry. @BCFerries crew have been fantastic.
#ServiceNotice The #DepartureBay - #HorseshoeBay vessel is currently holding outside of dock due to a police incident on board the Queen of Surrey. The 1:20 pm sailing from Departure Bay will be delayed offloading.
