@KLM Any update on your technical issues? I need to add baggage and change my assigned seat (currently sitting in the back row on the inside seat with a nearly 2 year old, and trust me we won't fit) and it's not letting me do either. It's very stressful.

Why yes I am using Twitter to rage at incompetent delivery firms on a Friday afternoon. It makes me feel better. I have also contacted them by every other means I can think of. And it'll all be for nought because someone's probably still going to steal my carpet before I get home

@DunelmUK Just to make you aware, your courier thinks it is OK to forge customers signatures and leave expensive parcels in a public street outside a clearly closed front door. I have the evidence. Please justify or explain this to me.

@DHLParcelUK Would you care to tell me how a parcel could have been signed for by me when I'm 40 miles away in my office in Edinburgh? The parcel has been left sitting in public view outside my clearly closed front door when I am not home (and will not be home until tomorrow).

@Rowingfamily1 I might be more infamous than famous, if anyone even remembers me! But names like Gary Wilson, Lewis McCue, Kate Jones spring to mind from the 'younger' generation - didn't all row for Aberdeen Boat Club but plied their trade on the Dee at various points.
