It was first housed in Kamuli until btn 1920-30 when it was moved to Mwiri Hill. During the relocation, the students were transferred to Kings College Budo. They transferred back to Mwiri in 1933.
The period btn 1943-1965 is known as Mwiri's Golden Age 2/4

Busoga College Mwiri.

Founded in 1911, it's the oldest school in Eastern Uganda and the sixth oldest in Uganda. It was initially set up to educate sons of Busoga chiefs and was known as Bulangira High School. It then became Busoga High School, and later Busoga College Mwiri. 1/4
