2010 schlug die CDU-Fraktion Hannover Muammer Duran nicht nur für den Integrationsbeirat Linden-Limmer vor.

Sie schlug ihn im selben Jahr auch für den Beirat der Justizvollzugsanstalt Hannover vor.

Die Ratsversammlung beschloss die Vorlage am 28.10.2010 einstimmig.

Wichtig: Ein JVA-Beirat ist kein bloßer Vereinsbeirat. In Niedersachsen haben Anstaltsbeiräte eine beratende Funktion, aber auch Betretungsrecht, vertrauliche Gesprächsmöglichkeiten mit Gefangenen und Vorsprachemöglichkeiten bei der Anstaltsleitung.

Damit wird die Verlaufsspur klarer:

Kanzlei Duran / deutsch-türkische Rechtsberatung
→ CDU Hannover
→ Integrationsbeirat
→ JVA-Beirat Hannover
→ DTN / türkischsprachige Medien
→ später DAVA

Direkter Bezug zu Stade: damit nicht belegt.

Aber als politische und institutionelle Hannover-Spur ist das erheblich.
