Steaming the #church paraments. No #liturgical fouls called on this #windbagpreacher. Except of course the foul of being a windbag preacher. But he’s gotten better since coming back from #sabbatical. Instead of a 100 words when 10 words would do he’s down to 85! #HappyAdvent!

What’s happening? Well #pastor is finally back from his sabbatical which means fights over his prime parking spot will end. It also means we need to affirm everything he says for a while to make him believe his sabbatical “worked.” And it also means #tacos after church #Sunday!

The church Elders meet tonight for a “regular” meeting. The parking lot committee however thinks it’s in response to Pastor admitting in yesterday’s sermon he is a “#Swiftie”. Anticipated consequences include: Loss of prime parking spot or an #AmyGrant #Christmas cd for his car.

It was a happy “Thanks-Blessings” lunch for the #youthgroup! Many hands make light work along with a tasty meal! (Not to mention a few cooking & baking lessons learned!) And our #windbagpreacher didn’t let the turkey get dried out with an “overdone” sermon! #HappyThanksgiving
