To top that off and despite other tenants in the same building having an active Verizon connection, he discovered the cables leading to my apt have no signal so now I have to wait for a whole other team to come tomorrow, replace that, and then schedule a new appointment
@VerizonSupport y’all really deserve an award for the worst service in the country. Not only was my technician late, but 2 minutes after arriving he said he was going on lunch so he would be back a whole hour later, to which he was also late.

Because the @MTA deserves $0 for repairs that THEY didn’t do for 70 years, maybe cut some salaries from the board members, and while at it maybe cut down on the police budget and invest it in…idk…trains that work?
The @MTA does it again and makes a day with limited transportation an even deeper level of hell. We’ve been waiting at this station, freezing, for about 20min for a train that has been “2 min away” since we got here.

@MTA is probably the crappiest transportation service on the planet. In repair forever, always raising fares for a service that barely works and on top of that buses will not even let you out “if it’s not at the stop” even though traffic is jammed because…trains are not working
