@etihad Yeh sweet... but if you cancel a flight,reimbursement is a nightmare! 6 months+ and still not finished. > 10 calls, always the same 'will be done in 2 weeks, be patient'. The travel agent told me etihad sent 34.4€ instead of 344€ but they don't want to correct it. Job done. 🤮

@etihad I addressed a request for a reimbursement of a flight ticket on 2nd october 2022. it was very slow so I called in january 23. You told me it would be done within 2 weeks. I called again and go the same answer. Five times. Now you tell me case is closed! This NOT honest business
