@StreameastNews My point is that the US is not missing players. It misses a proper academy system, amateurs and lower division leagues, a proper competitive top flight league, coaching quality, etc. Without it you can have as many Lebrons as you want, they will never fully develop.
@StreameastNews US has more people practicing soccer than Uruguai or Portugal, and these countries regularly produce world class players where the US has never produced a single one.
@Steve_Sailer The Maracanã that you saw unfortunately no longer exists, it was entirely changed for the 2014 WC. The moat no longer exists and most Brazilian stadiums don’t have them anymore.
@GingaBonitoHub My friend, he is not physically fit. He is currently injured and best case scenario he will miss the whole group phase. Ancelotti made it clear he would only take players who were 100% fit for the competition, and never mentioned any exception for Neymar.
@GerardAraud Vance is entirely correct. Leo XIII lived through the rise of Socialism and Anarchism among the working class, and published the highly influential Rerum
Novarum encyclical about that.
@LevTeot@TheLatamGuy I am also from Brazil and disagree. Very different conditions, fauna and flora are not the same. Brazilian Army will do exceptionally well in the Amazon, maybe the best troops there. In other areas it is to be seen.
