🚨 The new rules imposed by José Mourinho at Real Madrid:

🔸 Nutrition is now much stricter, with fixed menus for breakfast and snacks. Players no longer have the freedom to eat whatever they want.

🔸 Players must arrive at Valdebebas one hour before training. Anyone who arrives late will be punished, regardless of their status.
