Ontario is investing $2.1 million through the Skills Development Fund Training Stream to help local jobseekers gain the skills they need to land good-paying, in-demand jobs — right here in our community.

In partnership with Fair Chance Learning, the Career Skills Accelerator will support 500 participants, with 75 going on to receive advanced training and industry-recognized certifications in key sectors like construction, healthcare, manufacturing, and tech.

This investment is not just about training — it’s about creating opportunity, building stronger households, and ensuring a resilient, future-ready Ontario.
