@ThatDudesMother@jendhana@BagelPolling@Celinasgirl Yes, I’m a bot who understands the difference between somebody paying 5% into something and somebody paying 1% into something and I understand that that’s not the same thing but hey I don’t vote liberal so I can do math mathematics at a grade 3 level
@jendhana@ThatDudesMother@BagelPolling@Celinasgirl If you can’t run a simple Google or chat goy search to debate my facts than I am wasting my time
Typical Canadian liberal voter
Doesn’t even know how there own pensions are funded
@jendhana@ThatDudesMother@BagelPolling@Celinasgirl a significant retirement entitlement despite paying lower contribution rates during their early career.
There is a historical funding advantage for Worker A.
@jendhana@ThatDudesMother@BagelPolling@Celinasgirl Worker A starts working in 1975 and contributes at the historically lower CPP rates.
Worker B starts working in 2026 and contributes at substantially higher CPP rates.
Worker B is paying a much larger percentage of their employment income into CPP.
Worker A may have
For the brainwashed "soccer is big in Europe because Europeans don't watch or do anything else" folks...
From, the always fun to follow, Mr .@BenSteiner00
@ThatDudesMother@BagelPolling@Celinasgirl Yet that person who is collecting today could be collecting the max of $1400 a month even thiugh they paid barley into it hence why I am subsiding them
Finance needs to be taught in school so people understand basic arithmetic
@ThatDudesMother@BagelPolling@Celinasgirl someone who started working in 1975 or 1985 paid a much smaller percentage of their earnings into CPP than someone entering the workforce today.
In 1985, the employee rate was 1.8%.
In 2026, the employee rate is 5.95% on pensionable earnings within the first earnings band.
@ThatDudesMother@BagelPolling@Celinasgirl Very simple
The people contributing today are paying more as a percentage on there paycheque than collectors did when they worked meaning today’s people are subsiding older wealthier people who also paid less overall taxes relative to to income than younger people
@SenhorSLBenfica@10Bernardeschi I still don’t know what are system is, I find we have no width play too narrow as well
For the first time in awhile I like our moves. But don’t like the coach
Only in Canada can the economy crumble and the support rating of the PM INCREASES 🤯 like no other job or role in the world would increase support when things are declining
This phenomenon must be studied 🇨🇦
