The @officialEFCC has accused @binance and two of its former executives, @TigranGambaryan and #NadeemAnjarwalla, of conspiring to conceal the origin of proceeds from alleged #unlawful activities in #Nigeria, including $35.4 million. The alleged offences are said to contravene provisions of the #MoneyLaundering (Prevention and Prohibition) Act, 2022.
