So fun last night digging into learning about identity at our @FCPS_TitleI Novice Teacher Cohort! We deepened our understanding around our teacher identity, exploring and affirming our self-identities, and making space to do the same for our students. Such great conversations!
These young writers have had such a beautiful introduction to writing this year! Choice? ✅ Audience? ✅ purpose? ✅ Explicit instruction on conventions? ✅ Nothing is better than a kindergartener who identifies as a writer. 😍 @TimberLaneES@fcpsTitleILit
Last night was our last @FCPS_TitleI Teacher Cohort session and while I didn’t take a single photo, I can’t stop thinking about the incredible novice teachers who joined us on this journey. Their growth and the thoughtful reflection around their learning are just incredible. 🥹❤️
