However, DIN is not allotted and SRN status is showing as Approved - Pending Verification.

@MCA21India in v3 for incorporation of company dsc of subscribers is to be registered by creating business user. If a person is foreign resident and proposed director and do not required to hold pan then how to register him as business user. Kindly modify the v3 portal for ease

@MCA21India @FinMinIndia Hi mca pls check the Form INC-23 filed vide SRN F11799582. It is pending for Roc report since 30/06/2022. If ROC is not giving its report then approve the form considering ROC don't hv anything to say in this matter (decide ex-parte).

@MCA21India @FinMinIndia While filling form 3 and 4, form 3 filled properly but in form 4 error is showing "this field required" even if the same details hv been filled and not able to go next. See picture attached. SRN not available. Issue is with Form 4

@FCSJigarShah We are getting it paid as per State's stamp Act because as per entry no 63 of list II of Schedule 7 of Constitution of India, payment of stamp duty on issue of share certificates are state subject and only the state government has power to do so. The Central Act is recommendatory

@FCSJigarShah Aut cap is divided only in preference or equity. You may keep pre or eq in separate class such as Pre Share of Rs 10 each pre share of Rs 100 each. However, Searies A Series B or Seed Series are coming under pref shares only and in Moa it should be termed as Pref Shares.
