Cretaceous Creatures has reached ~14k NC students who have ID'ed ~4k microfossils from near where the Dueling Dinosaurs were found in Montana! Our buddy @SecReidWilson stopped to check out these big fuss over these tiny fossils. (L) Richardoestisia tooth (R) Lizard jaw.
Learning about Cai Lun from Ancient China and making paper @FranklintonMS!! We could write a book with what we’re making out of recycled paper! Thank you @NCStateCED for the supplies.
The Alternative Learning Lab students are @Falcons_FES with @Tiffany99056789 Pre-K class making valentines cards and groundhog puppets in honor of Groundhog Day! They are so cute!
Last tweet from @FranklintonMS I promise! The left is what they’re seeing under the magnifying glass. The right side is the view from the Microeye! Doesn’t that look like a starfish?
And I thought I was the oldest thing @FranklintonMS!! 8th grade science classes are helping @NaturalSciences find micro fossils! The Microeye is coming in very handy @UnitedWayFC in magnifying our samples.
They found all the parts @FranklintonMS @sarahdownum3 ie: iris, cornea, pupil, optic nerve, retina and lens! Cow eyes also have a tapetum which is the pretty blue part!
@EquityFCS how in the world can your baby be 17??? I thought he looked familiar when I saw him yesterday at ACB and I just stopped him today! I told him how you’d jump on that bus all pregnant and drive! That seems like yesterday!!
