Very true that it's a totally different world in rural areas. I know because I came from rural area.

But do you know the actual reason behind it-
50+ years of reservation, sc-st act, scholarships and many more govt schemes and still they are at the same level....

@RVCJ_FB I won't support because urban people only say this but come rural areas it completely different world. In rural there is lot of caste discrimination. And also in rural areas 80% of upper caste people occupied majority agriculture land.

Because they have no interest in education, knowledge, or innovation. They are addicted to making money (mostly on a daily basis), and 70-80% of sc-st peoples (youngsters also) in rural areas are addicted to alcohol and drugs.
