I'm still having this issue since relaunch where I am still missing my gold name from the founders pack. I am also missing the Calico Cake skin from the MVS Beta Halloween event.
Could you please look into this and fix this🙏#MultiVersus

@KoopsReturns I'm pretty sure that's an old patch. You should be able to check if the Build ID of your game matches with the last patch 9 months ago
