y'all... i've had wilderness first responder training where there is a big focus on treating hypothermia. it is terrifying. you move someone too much, they die. warm them up too fast, they die.

if you find an unhoused neighbor with severe hypothermia, you need to call 911.

My department is doing a "privilege walk" as a DEI activity. It's embarrassing that folks still think this activity is a useful learning tool.

Not only is this bad pedagogy, but it's also harmful to folks with marginalized identities and experiences. My oppression is not a game.
