Thank you @LS26Local highlighting the plight of @SaveOurHomeLS26 we are fighting to win. We want the planning application turned down to bulldoze a community of 70 affordable rented homes and replace with executive homes for sale. It is social cleansing and is plain wrong!

Tomorrow is a big day for Carlton. It;s the Miller Homes appeal to try get the council' s decision overturned. . I 'll be one of the speakers standing up and fighting for the village against the over development which would destroy the character and heritage of the village.

Confusion in Rothwell over car parking charges after article @leedsnews mentions Rothwell. I can confirm Rothwell is NOT one of three district centres with parking charges planned. I would be the first to campaign against any parking charges if there were plans for Rothwell.
