If someone coming to Ghana is tested positive to having the virus at the airport, s/he is quarantined. Shouldn't the officials quarantine passengers who were seated next or near the victim for at least 14days to be sure they don't manifest the virus?

@Joy997FM Banks run a system which hasn't been updated to accept the Ghana Card yet. The banks don't wake up one day and incorporate the acceptance of an identification card. A lot goes in when updating their system without compromising the existing data. Give the banks time. #JoySMS
