It's awesome how Nick Rochefort is ultimately just a normal guy with a wife and kids and house and shit
He probably has his shit together more than anyone in the MDE circle
The entire middle of America is essentially one giant swathe of land that is absolutely perfect for raising cattle or bison...as shown by the vast herds of bison seen by Lewis and Clark
Instead, we subsidize the production of vast loads of corn that exhausts and degrades the topsoil and underground water reservoirs, and meanwhile import cheap and worse-tasting beef from Brazil that drives American ranchers out of business, while allowing a few big meatpackers to further squeeze American ranchers and drive up beef prices for Americans
It's nonsensical at every level, other than that it helps certain special interests that can afford to lobby for the most absurd policies imaginable
Karl Marx's body is in his grave, London.
Nietzsche's body is in his grave, Lützen
Muhammad's body is in his grave, Medina
Buddha's body is in his grave, Pingliang
But, if you travel to Christ's grave in Jerusalem, it's empty, & has been for 2,000 years.
I think I figured out the tech nasa no longer has and why they can’t go back to the lunar surface. This is mind blowing. They really did lose the tech to go back
I have a question.
As we all know, WW3 is in progress. While some might argue, I figure that 15 countries plus Russia and China involved in support capacities is plenty for a world war. Like it or not, it's a global conflict, and according to Iran, it won't be ending any time soon.
Specifically, the nations involved include: The US, Iran, Israel, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Cyprus, Azerbaijan, the UK (a royal navy destroyer and counter-drone helicopters were dispatched to Cyprus after a base was hit), France, and Germany (Iranian strikes hit French and German personnel, and a German army camp in Jordan was attacked).
Not a good show, as the US is being credited with “starting it”, and we, the citizens of the US, weren't even asked about it but are now being blamed for it. Yes, I understand that Israel announced that it was going to attack Iran one way or the other, thus forcing the President's hand, or so it must have seemed to him. (Remember, the first thing that Israel does with any powerful US politician is surround him and control the information in/out portals.) But still.
One might object that the important fact is that the US Congress wasn't asked about it. But as the US Congress hasn’t represented the US people in a long, long time - after all, it’s been too busy representing Israel and the Ukraine - it is of no real significance whatsoever. It’s a cathouse, a den of ill repute, an STD dispensary. If the US Founding Fathers were here, all of its nearby trees would be ornamented with “inside traitors”.
This presents Americans with a vexing question: WHY? As near as any of us can figure, the problem is Iranian WMDs. No, we never actually saw any - just like we never saw any in Iraq (those never really existed, tee hee!) - but we have their supposed existence on “good authority”. Even if not, they would soon have existed anyway. And then what?
Yes, Muslim nations with nukes is a problematical notion. Muslims have this thing called “jihad”, and over the course of world history (and recent history too), they haven’t exactly been wallflowers about it. They invaded Europe twice, and now they’re invading every Western nation on the planet with "help from above".
But what about Pakistan? Pakistan is a Muslim nation too, and it has nukes. Why wasn’t it a big deal when Pakistan got the bomb, but not so with Iran? Yes, I understand - Iran is too close to Bibi Netanyahu and his friends for their personal comfort. But it’s getting to be a small world, and everyone on Earth can be hit by a missile from somewhere. Iran has been able to reach Israel with missiles for a long time now, and never made a secret of it.
So what gives? Why is the horrific possibility of a Muslim country with nukes such a big deal in the case of Iran, but not Pakistan, which has had many problems with its neighbor India just as Iran has had problems with Israel? We seem to be missing anything like symmetry and consistency here, and it bothers the heck out of me.
Does anyone know why this situation makes sense, as opposed to being a dark, ugly clown show? It's important that we get to the bottom of it, as even though we can all afford infinite fuel bills - obviously! - it threatens to cripple the global economy. (And not to be impertinent, but the "Samson Option" of our greatest ally may soon be on the table.)
What am I missing? I understand that Iran may already have nukes. How terrifying! But if so, why drastically increase the probability that they'll be used for self-defense? I understand that those running the show are a lot smarter than me, but how's about a clue?
Don't hold back any critical info, and thanks!
Back in 2003, was watching Spike TV. Probably for WWF Raw. This show called Most Extreme Elimination Challenge (MXC) was on. It was from Japan, but with American voiceovers. Hilarious. To this day, the hardest I have ever laughed was from this clip. 22 years later, still funny.
