I'm not sure who decided to implement this but they should find a new job. Don't expect to see too many mobile orders from Android users today if this is widespread. Had to delete the buggy app to "fix" it. And to do this during the app-centric Monopoly promo?!?

How much attention do you pay to your restaurant's reviews? I don't know if I have ever seen a McDs with more than 4 stars. Why is it so hard to run a good operation after investing so much money to open or purchase a restaurant? Would fewer locations per zee help?

@JPGonVI @McFranchisee I can only imagine the abuse of a free-standing drink machine at Walmart. The Charley's locations at WM here have big signs everywhere to let patrons know that soda isn't free and there will be consequences if they take some without paying. Wild.

@jefhenninger @McFranchisee I have the same issue here. Some days it's all cream, other days it's all coffee. Sometimes they add a ton of the flavored syrup. My best guess is a training issue. You also can't customize the sweetener quantity or cream quantity (both=1) in the app so it's not up to the user.

@McFranchisee Me too! I watched mcbossladi's video and the process looks pretty well controlled. Someone must be asleep when they are making it. Ditto for whoever serves the fries. This drives me crazy on many different levels. I can only imagine how this affects the business.
