Thanks to the YLC team for the opportunity to speak at this year’s edition alongside friends and leaders on the theme: Trailblazing Youths – Breaking Barriers and Shaping Future Leadership.
At The Valiant Movement, we are on a mission to raise men and women whose character can be trusted long before their ambition is tested.
One truth I keep returning to is this: a nation does not change because one person rises. It changes when the consciousness of its people rises.
That is why The Valiant Movement exists—not to pursue offices or titles, but to build a living structure of courage, character, and accountability across our nation.
To everyone who travelled from different parts of the country to be part of The Valiant Gathering 2026, I am deeply grateful. You are heroes. Words cannot adequately express how inspired I am by your sacrifice, commitment, and belief in a better Nigeria.
But as we agreed, the real work begins now—in our communities, in our conversations, and in the daily choices that shape culture, influence lives, and ultimately build nations.
Let us rise with courage, build with character, and serve with conviction.
The future we seek will not be given to us. We must become the people capable of creating it.

Special thanks to Africa Independent Television (AIT) for their coverage of the maiden National Conference of The Valiant Movement, which brought together leaders from all 36 states of Nigeria and the FCT.
The Valiant Movement is a call to a different kind of leadership—leadership rooted in character, guided by purpose, and sustained by courage. It was encouraging to see the spirit, energy, and conviction of this movement shared far beyond the walls of our conference hall.
We are grateful to the entire AIT team for helping to carry this message into homes across Nigeria.
But this is only the beginning.
Across every state, local government, and ward, a new structure is rising—one Valiant at a time. A structure built not merely for political change, but for cultural renewal, responsible citizenship, and nation-building.
For if a new Nigeria must emerge, then a new Nigerian must emerge.

Immediately after the last election, I realized that there was a need for us to raise new Nigerians for us to witness the new Nigeria we desire. I’m happy to share this same school of thought with a leader like Mr. Valentine Ozigbo and to have connected with other Nigerians who also believe in this vision and are willing to work for it.
I’m strongly hoping that we would achieve so much with the new Valiant Movement and shake this country with positive transformation, in the coming months and years. I’m excited about the potentials of this movement.

The family of Mr. Adekunle Adeloye, popularly known as the Corporate Ponmo Seller, has reported that he left home over two weeks ago and has been missing ever since.
The matter has been reported to the police, but neither his family nor friends have been able to locate him.
We are therefore making this public appeal to seek your help in finding him. If you come across Mr. Adekunle or have any information that may assist in locating him, kindly reach out to me.
Thank you very much for your support.
Yesterday alongside other well meaning Nigerians, the Valiant Movement was set in motion.
Truly like it’s often said that when God gives a vision, He never gives it to just one person. It was beautiful to sit down and engage Nigerians across the whole 36 states on the things we must do to rescue and rebuild our nation, starting from our immediate society.
This movement aims to drive a civic and political revival amidst citizens, provoking everyone to actively participate in our electoral process and also raise new kind of Nigerians who believe that there’s a genuine Nigerian dream and are willing to work for it.
This movement is not partisan and is not aimed to drive support for any candidate or political party. It’s an empowered initiative for young Nigerians who desire to change the narrative for good and are willing to work for it regardless of our political ideals and differences.
A journey to a great destination starts with one step, and yesterday we took that step…
God bless Mr. Valentine Ozigbo and everyone who have put this together.
Onward we go!

Oba Lapite, Kabiyesi ti ìlú Jogbo...
To me, you were always a king.
No matter what the role was, the crown never left your head.
Your works live on, and your legacy will never be forgotten.
May your soul rest in peace, Baba Kola Oyewo.

Today, I sat in Ogbomoso Stakeholders Security Meeting, convened by our Kabiyesi SÒÚN Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye, for nearly three hours.
We have a broken security system and patterns were evident that current policing system can’t address.
Oriire LG has over 700 communities without strong policing presence. Also, too many black spots without telco presence as FG needs to ramp up digital connectivity across communities, possibly tax cuts to telcos.
It’s over 28 days and we still have children in captivity. We need urgent answers.
