It’s sad that it went the way it did. Elon had a chance to show you a point of view you might be blind to. I don’t know if establishment news people like you are just willingly ignorant or complicit in the coverup of these things. I wish Elon had been better prepared with examples and facts that could have convinced you. I don’t see how you can’t see the similarities to how even the centre left voters and parties in Denmark Norway and Switzerland have had to drastically alter their stance on immigration yet you think some how these abuses are not happening in the UK. Be on the right side of history, please look into what he’s saying
@CuriousPejjy I will now also be forced to 😆 I think I can scrounge up around 10k. As it gets close to $300 I’ll put my last cents in. If it doesn’t dip any further I have enough.
@Teslaconomics I will buy this one but very unenthusiastically. I have enough, I really thought the end of 2026 would have tens of thousands of robotaxis and the share price would be over $1000. Hopefully one last top up
look at the last decade. Correct on most, late on all. The next decade will be the same. Automated driving will be here, grid scale battery storage will be mainstream and SpaceX will deliver mass to orbit 100x cheaper than NASA, Eupore or China. Still incredible achievements… just late on his own timelines. What makes it impressive is that he says so far ahead of time that’s it’s going to happen, yet no one else but his companies get there when his do.
@Thiss_Youu It’s not worth boycotting, all the fear of DEI crap was wrong. It’s a pretty average movie though. Just a bland story and crappy character development
Agreed! In the last year but heavily in the last 6 months iv gone more than 2/3 into Tesla and 1/3 into AMD and memory stocks. If they had said slow and safety first all this year (which I actually agree with) I would have put that all into non-Tesla investments and had a monster return compared to where I’m at. It’s been a very very disappointing 2026. Huge years ahead from 2027 for us, not selling a share but deploying free cash elsewhere for now
@CuriousPejjy I really hope it isn’t soon. I love Tesla, I thing SpaceX will be a cash drag on us for the next 2-4 years in a time we NEED cash to expand the robotaxi fleet
If this isn’t a true then we are all failures of investors. For years (6 for me) it has been this company is worth a huge multiple because robotaxi has an impossible moat and with PRINT money, and oh we have an even better call option on Bots. Optimus can’t scale until terafab is built AND scaled. That’s 4 years away optimistically. Look how long it took TSMC to get their American fabs to fully ramp. I’m still very bullish on robotaxi, but unlike what they said 6 months ago it looks like it need v15. I have v14 in both my Y and 3 and I can see why it’s not quite ready for prime time.
No hard disagree. I was a shareholder through all that time but Elon wasn’t making massive short term predictions like he is now. If 6 months ago they were saying slow ramp safety first I would have had no problem with what’s going on. They are right that a safety incident will ruin the ramp. Retail shareholders have been great to this company and until recently they were honest with us. The AI market has ripped this year, and iv deployed my money disproportionally into Tesla massively on their short term guidance. 2/3s into Tesla and 1/3 into AMD and memory stocks. If the guidance had been honest I would have sat on my collective 6 year position and put new capital into other investments that have soared this year. Now the company doesn’t even explain to us why they got their guidance so wrong, just brushes over the retail questions in our investor call. That is a very disrespectful way to treat us

Exactly right. It’s not meant to be a casino. We make informed decisions on information and guidance. I think now sadly Tesla has earned itself the position where guidance doesn’t matter. Battery day, cell production, magafactory factory expansion, semi ramp, and now a full year of aggressive FSD misses. I love this company but it’s really starting to hurt. I think A LOT of these things will finally come to fruition in 2027 so it’s almost not worth complaining about. But it makes me sad that this company I love can’t be more honest with the retail investors that did SO much for them in the hard times.
