Sorry about the miscommunication about your hot dog. But the pricing is not up to us. Prices went up since we opened about .050. we don't have the control to update it on the menu. People of higher authority can only update the price so everything matches up at the register

Joe, if the establishment paid their employees minimum wage or higher then the system would ask you to tip. A tip is optional but appreciated. If you don't want to tip you don't have to.

I wouldn't have to ask if you would like to leave a tip, if the guest would pay attention to what they are doing tap insert your card make a selection of a tip or no tip and sign and continue easy and go about your way.

Joe, I would have to say you are a real jerk for saying that yes we get tipped because concessions only get paid 4.62 an hour. The tip is optional. Just select no tip and move on with your day. Popcorn, and everything in concessions is still done by us whether you serve it or not

I felt bad for those guests who didn't get their food orders. You weren't the only person who experienced this. But I remember I got your name and number. So I I did my part in my role of my job description.

Please help us by remembering what you ordered and the name you gave to the cashier taking your order. You should never take a box without a name on the ticket especially if you gave a name. Your order was waiting at the counter for a very long time after the order was prepared.

I remember this order, and I remember getting your name and phone number. Possibly I chose curbside instead of takeout. So my apologies if that was the case. We were busy with many kitchen orders. I have seen it where a number is entered and a guest still doesn't get a text.
